The established project structure reflects the integration of the regional partners into project implementation. Key institution is the Project Management Board, which is meeting twice a year at one of the partners locations. The regular meetings guarantee project monitoring. Activities are guided, evaluated and documented by the working groups, which comprise of members from all partner institutions.

Establishement of IWMNet Trust

IWMNet has been established as an International Network in form of a Trust on 21st of September 2011 in Kampala.The registration process has started in Kenya.
